First and obvious question, does your wife speak very good Spanish. If not, shes unlikely to get a job in a Spanish Hospital I'm afraid.

Obviously theres a demand for floor and wall tilers out here as we dont go a bundle on carpets. But you'd probably need to make some contacts over here with Brit companies to start off with.

As I say, its a difficult question to answer tbh
