Hi to all

This is my first negative post regarding service in Spain.
Had cassette awning installed, paid deposit, got pics of completed works, paid the balance.
When over in Spain everything looked ok.
Neighbour had same type of awning fitted, but had end caps fitted covering fixing bolts etc, looks good.
Contacted supplier who told me only get caps with electric winding system.
Not true as his website shows caps with manual winding system.
Offered to pay for caps etc.
No response, after several emails.
What course of action would you take in my situation.
ie, not living in Moraira, its not life threatening.

How far are they from you in Moraira, is it not a case of popping in and making your view's known face to face next time you are over?,
