It's one of those Americanisms that has crept into English, and quite favoured by the "young".
Along with 'maybe', do you have' the time instead of our 'have you got' the time.

My missus tells me, the only time I do not drop my haitch is when I say haitch and herbs, which annoys her, what with her being a septic.
