As the title of the thread asks, will your hearts be for Spain in tomorrow's final? What is the situation in places like Catalonia or the Basque Country? Do they also cheer for Spain?

Are you expecting a sleepless night between Sunday-Monday where you live if Spain wins tomorrow?

Overt patriotisim is usually so frowned on in Spain, after almost 40 years of Francos forced nationalisim, it is a bit odd to see all those Spanish flags everywhere in pictures/video of Spain or South Africa- though Mrs IP assures me that tomorrow ALL of Spain will celebrate- Basques, Catalans, Gallegos...every damn one.

Where I live, it started off with mostly Spanish and English flags, when the English flags disappeared there were more Spanish ones but also the odd German ones.
Now it's all Spanish, every British bar is decked out with them and every car seems to be flying one, even the ones with the yellow number plates.
I'll be cheering Spain.
