This is a very busy large town. It is well served with good transport links and amenities but not what I would describe as peaceful.

Torrevieja town includes lots of urbanizacions that are peaceful, we live in one, and still retain good regular bus links to the town. If you are serious about coming then join one of the local forums. Just Google Torrevieja forums.
