Would anyone advise us to rent to start or would you take the plunge with the Euro being as it is and we can get more value for our money. Any other suggestions more than welcome please.[/QUOTE]
I appreciate situations vary,but on a personal note,renting will be the way for us.We are both retired and renting will give us flexibility. Should anything go awry, healthwise or local conditions,you can adapt.

I think the general consensus is to rent in the first instance. Prices are certainly not soaring or in any danger of doing so in the immediate future. You will have a clearer choice of locations and types of property with the experience renting brings.
