Default We're all in trouble

New european report questioning 450,000 people concludes that drinking a pint of beer a day or a large glass of wine greatly increases the risk of bowel cancer.

So I can't drink wine
I cant have a beer
Meats bad for me
Cheese buggers up my arteries
Coffee bungs everything up
Gin & Tonic effects my memory
and .... oh I can't remember what else it was

What we gonna do? Suck Brussel sprouts and chew cabbage for pleasure

I think the main thing is to cut down on meat. I takes too long to get through the bowel - true carnivores such as cats have a short intestinal tract. Plenty of fibre, fruit and veggies and any harmful products in the drinks will go through OK

If you do everything they say, you would have to survive on water and fresh air alone, and lets face it, is the water safe ???? Is the fresh air fresh ???

I rest my case........................

Water can also be bad for you if you can believe it - the man who died in the marathon this year was something to do with water - not sure what it was but there was something on TV not long after the event about it.
