I saw this in the Daily Mail today and was going to post it as it never said whether he was Spanish or not, maybe he ran off as he just wanted to go and finish..........
I doubt this would happen in Oviedo though.........

As you say it could never happen in Oviedo.
As for binge bottle drinking parties, of course nothing to do with them because no one on BE seems to have witnessed one and as we all know Spaniards never get drunk.
