weird trafico/ vehicla paperwork problem ??

weird trafico/ vehicla paperwork problem ??
ok.. so i have this van...
its registered in the name of the FIRST owner (1996)
it changed hands in 1997/8 - and she never reregistered it...
its been insured for the next 4 years (receipts and insurance documents in her name)
i emailed the comapny that owned it and asked them to forward me a document proving it had been transfered / sold...which i now have.
how do i go about transfering it to my name / mums name ??
do i have to go to malaga ?? to DGT ?
any help would be much appreciated

What about approaching a Gestor? I would not think it will cost too much and might take the angst away from you.

Yeah get a gestor to do it for you, they know all the ins and outs of it and dont charge a lot, it depends on what price the vehicle is listed at.
