Re: Weather
Not too bad a day, some sun. Just finished skinning and jointing a muntjac deer given to me by a friend.
Tomorrow it will be fillet medallions lightly fried in butter with a Roquefort sauce. Want an easy recipe for the sauce? Fry the steak in a dab of butter, then when it is almost ready, pour cream over the steak and add a few lumps of Roquefort. stir untill smooth and serve. Pure gastric pornography! |

Re: Weather
Same ol', same ol' I guess.
When people complain about cloudy, grey skies, I tell them they should appreciate the fact that they are getting summer weather in the winter too! Hell, I reckon we get more sunny days in the first 4 months of the year, than the middle 4! |

Re: Weather
You think I will go out in that crap?
Mind you, if it is still there next week, I have to work, so that means dodging the rain. I cannot understand how anyone can enjoy 'walking in the rain'. |
