Can you wear personal surveillance videos. I have been looking at the law but I am being persecuted by a little git of about 12 who follows me around and when I call the lift he tries to get in and then when I get out he gets out, he follows me to the bins and to my car etc etc. when he walks past me he bumps into me on purpose. The parents are as bad and I am getting fed up. I cant say anything because I dont have any evidence. Any ideas
