I don't want to be labeled as a scaremongerer so I've decided to put this warning in the siesta time as most of you know me and know I'm not one of these people who will say "omg look at what happens in Spain!" etc

But basically if you live in and around Alicante region be a bit more on toes at normal as a personal friend of mine was sitting in his new rented apartment when 3 masked men broke in not caring if someone was in the property of not.

Thankfully he was at the other end of the apartment and escaped out of a window putting himself in A&E with a busted leg!

Supposedly the Police 'claim' it's 'another' eastern European gang going around the area and they are known for violence! lucky he escaped!
