Wanadoo email password recovery

Wanadoo email password recovery
I have a Wanadoo email account, which for some time has been part of Orange and therefore my account is accessed via Orange.
Unfortunately when I try to access my Wanadoo account, the password is not recognised. When I click on "forgot password" option I am given 3 options for password recovery:-
1.As a mobile customer of Orange (which I am not).
2. As a client of Internet Everywhere (??) which doesn't accept me, whatever it is!
3. As an Orange ADSL client.
And that's it!
Anyone any advice please as to how I can recover my password by some other means?

Thanks for that, much appreciated, but it isn't applicable to my Spanish Wanadoo account unless I'm not understanding it. They all refer to UK accounts!
