My mistake I mixed it up with filmon.
I tried to watch TVC back in September when I was in Cyprus but was not allowed access, I'm going to mess about with a VPN before I get to Crete in a few weeks time; that said I'm more a radio 4 chap than UK TV.

If you stick with radio you won’t need a VPN.

I know Fred, I'm also a radio ham and take a small rig on my travels (R4 via laptop or phone though)
