i am trying to get in touch with them but am being fobbed off. no reply to email, phones not being answered. Staff not friendly, extremely miserable and condescending. Does anyone know if Sabadell charge a fee for an online transfer of 20,000 euros to Currencies DIrect or Wise transfer?

Banks in Spain are notoriously unhelpful once you have actually become a customer. Forget emails and phone calls. The only way you can really deal with them is by going into your branch. If you are in UK then there is little you can do other than repeatedly phoning. However, I don't think that you will be charged if you are sending money to your account by Wise nor if you are sending money from your account via Wise. The only thing might be that there is a 10,000 euro limit per day. If you have online banking you should be able to see the transaction immediately. I recently transferred money from uk using Wise to my Spanish bank and it took only a couple of minutes with no charges.
