ive recently read an article regarding caravans on sites throughout spain that all the fittings have got to be removed, what i mean is the tiled floors in the awning have to go, fencing around the plot to be removed, basically anything that is deemed permanently fixed to a plot has to go, is this true? also is this the reason why theres a lot of vans for sale, especially on villamar and excaliber..............
