is it true

ive recently read an article regarding caravans on sites throughout spain that all the fittings have got to be removed, what i mean is the tiled floors in the awning have to go, fencing around the plot to be removed, basically anything that is deemed permanently fixed to a plot has to go, is this true? also is this the reason why theres a lot of vans for sale, especially on villamar and excaliber..............

There has been a new law brought in and I understand that on municipal sites all what you say is correct but I think (and you would have to check this) that they can stay if on a private site.
