I think we already have one or two who specialize in ambiguity just to help them cover their arses and claim they were taken out of context when they basically haven't a clue anyway.

It was shut around 1974. I can see how you mis-interpreted my post.

The works for the AVE between Sevilla and Almería has been stopped.
News in Spanish.
ADIF admit that a report written back in 2002 said that the curve at Puertollano (Ciudad Real) was dangerous . This curve has the same "conditions" as the one in Angrois. However it was assumed by RENFE that the driver would abide by the signals and signage. However these were not installed at Angrois.
News in Spanish.

the number of cyclists I see who go round roundabouts the wrong way would prove they don't.
but then the local police stop traffic to allow the school buses to leave every afternoon without going round the roundabout

Brits are more law abiding than those road users from other parts of the world.

What has this thread to do with driving standards?
Some time ago Mitzyboy posted this
Firstly, please try and stay on topic.
Of cause there is a thread about driving in Spain.

Fred you are just being silly for the sake of it. You perfectly know I posted a link to the news about the train crash and you then write about drivers ignoring signals. There are no "signals" on roads. There are road signs (señalización )and there are traffic lights (semáforos). If you want an argument please go to the plaza.
