Indeed. Or the intellects of Cameron, Blair, vs. and Benn in the same breath.

Personally I would have put it as Blair and Benn not in the same breath as Cameron.
Blair was bad enough, but Benn as PM didn't even bare thinking about, which is probably why he never was.

ISTR hearing mutterings about white smoke across Whitehall when Bliar was voted in.
Something to do with both Benn and Straw - their files being burnt before someone could come along and sequester them

what will the 50 year rule show ?
will any of us be around then ??

Pathetic propaganda.
I said Thatcher et al because she ruined my life and the lives of thousands of fellow steel workers ( and miners and car workers and.............) not Blair as he did not! No politician is whiter than white but her dogma had a major( if you will pardon the pun) impact on my life and most of it was detrimental.
I am not and never will be left wing but then neither am I right wing either

Many of the miners, car workers and their unions were at least partly responsible for destroying their own industries with their never ending strike, strike, strike mentality.

Coincidentally I find it hard to recall a strike that Benn didn't support, regardless whether or not it was considered justifiable in the eyes of the vast majority of the general public
