I brought MIL home from hospital today...6 days after having her left kidney and ureter removed.
She still has a catheter in, and I have to deal with the changing of the bags...something I have never done in my life, but hey it's a learning curve. That has to stay in for the next week, and then I take her back to the hospital to have it removed.
She is doing really well, although eating very little at the moment, so I am back to square one in having to build up her strength again, but she is HOME!
