I think its time we had this posted, I know its intended for the lounge but it applies just as much for Siesta time as well.

I have read your link, I have seen many such 'helpful' writings. Large pinches of salt, a healthy sense of humour and thick skin are very useful, an ability to ignore the trolls is a must.
I have had a look around but have not seen a 'welcome' board so will start a thread introducing myself in this one.

Yeah the link is from Ray, he is a long time poster on here and has seen a lot come and go.

Ah, so,
I have read Ray's intro and because of point 19 I am now feeling very, very, insecure. (Would love to put a smilie here but I am very, very afraid!)
But because I have heard that beauty is in the eye of the beholder I will persevere (is that an English word?) and stay and read and learn.
Keep on bickering, I enjoy it!
