Having to phone i.e gas bt or any business numbers and having 300 options to choose from.

Worse are those that notice they've picked up the wrong item from what they originally wanted. Like they put semi-skimmed milk in their trolley when they wanted skimmed. So when they're at the checkout, they expect the checkout operator to call for an assistant to swap the items over whilst everyone is held up behind them. That or they're messing about with crumpled old coupons that'll save them 2p on a Fairy Liquid but the checkout youth can't enter the coupon in the till. I feel like shouting "HERE! I'LL GIVE YOU 5P TO *** OFF!":curse:
