Eerily empty streets of the Spanish ghost town built for 30,000 before property crash
..
It was supposed to be a bustling modern metropolis housing 30,000 people not far from the Spanish capital city.
But all that’s left now is a ghost town with barely 1000 residents.

There's been a couple of threads at least relating to it.
Steviedeluxe will give you all the info.
I believe the banks sold some off at a knockdown price a few months ago, but just remember the old motto, Location,Location,Location.

I know what you mean.. the price comes in handy when someone says you cant buy anything for under €100,000. ....You can get a 1 bedroom apartment for €50,000. here in Gran Canary

Last Sunday I went up the coast through San Luis de Sabinillas and saw an advert on a new block. €69,900. This is a popular area with Spaniards and expats and is commuting territory for Gibraltar

reformable 3 bed town houses can also be had for under the "magic" €100k, but they are hard to get to up narrow little walkway streets not suitable for a donkey.
there seem to be the properties about at those sorts of prices, but as said previously - location is important. May be in a Rafia type zone, or red light or something, but you need to camp out for a week to find out some of that, and most people don't have that time.
caveat emptor
