I know what you mean.. the price comes in handy when someone says you cant buy anything for under €100,000. ....You can get a 1 bedroom apartment for €50,000. here in Gran Canary:thumbsup:

Last Sunday I went up the coast through San Luis de Sabinillas and saw an advert on a new block. €69,900. This is a popular area with Spaniards and expats and is commuting territory for Gibraltar
http://obranueva.elpais.com/malaga/m...500/ANU3785384 100% Mortgage reformable 3 bed town houses can also be had for under the "magic" €100k, but they are hard to get to up narrow little walkway streets not suitable for a donkey. there seem to be the properties about at those sorts of prices, but as said previously - location is important. May be in a Rafia type zone, or red light or something, but you need to camp out for a week to find out some of that, and most people don't have that time. caveat emptor |
