Thermos Flask!!!

Re: Thermos Flask!!!
Hi Sarah!
I bought a fab stainless steel flask in a ferreteria last week. 75cl and it cost me just under 9 euros.
I definitely agree with Leighbloke (blimey, is that a first!! ) that the stainless steel ones are the best type.
Mine says it's "virtually unbreakable" and will keep hot liquids hot for 12 hours, and cold for 24 hours.
I tested it out on Sunday, when I took my vegetable stew to a matanza!! and it was delicious (the stew; not the poor BBQd, stewed and cooked any which way pig!!!)
PS have PMd you back

To you however, humour would seem a concept beyond your grasp.
A vacuum is by strict definition:-
"an enclosed space or container from which air has been removed; a space empty of all matter"
Which is as close to a description of nothing as makes no difference.
So as I said:-
"By definition a vacuum is nothing, so nothing keeps the temp even.
Like JDR said it's a sort of magic."
The last bit is a joke, the first bit is entirely correct, and though I say so myself, an exceedingly clever play on words.
