Arrested man says he was kidnapped in Gibraltar and taken across the border to Spain

It has always been reported and presumed that Yalcin was arrested by the Spanish police in La Línea. However a key part of his Querella Criminal states that is not the case. Instead Yalcin claims he was kidnapped in Gibraltar and taken across the border.

When I was a young boy I used to read comic tales of intrigue and spying in the Gibraltar area, things don't appear to have changed.

I expect he isn't the first to complain he was abducted and taken across a convenient border.
There are a few in Gitmo saying it


moral being - if you have done anything criminal don't go near a border
