I am moving to Mallorca with my partner in a few months to begin our new business venture.

Until we are set up I will be looking for temp work out there.

How hard/easy it is to find work if you are not fluent in Spanish?

Temp jobs... Well, it's a bit late in the season for that. But you can get started "in a few months" by responding to the various adverts for cooks, waitresses and tourism related jobs for the summer. Just beware that there's a lot of competition for most of them. And naturally, those positions tend to favour 20-something shapely blondes.

Unfortunately, Mallorca isn't exactly a hotbed for English-speaking jobs. You could try your luck in Magaluf or Pollensa hotels, bars & restaurants. If you have any maritime experience, the yachting business is pretty prolific here, and that's pretty English-language-oriented.
