I had the one year deal, where the ADSL was half price, so was around 20 euros rather then 40 euros, when the deal ran out I rang them up, asking about the cancellation procedure, they came back to me with an offer of around 25 euros, so I stuck with them....

(The figures are an estimate as I haven't got a bill in front of me, and they are just for the ADSL with free calls to other landlines and some mobile calls)....
