Telefonica gets the Red Card!

They've been reported by the consumer assoc for that little oversight.
If they have had a denucia then it is not clear what that means. We understand it to mean an existing consumer is eligible.
We also understand that as from Last December it is against EU law to advertise goods with out all the taxes included. Telefonica, is just one of many web sites that do not follow this ruling.
We cannot find the link to this EU ruling at the moment.

Thanks rachelk. Noticed there is a link to the on-line Telefonica advert too. At the bottom of this page it states Oferta limitada y exclusiva, solo hoy, para clientes o posibles clientes con cobertura de 3 Mb.

Latest update! I phoned Yacom yesterday and asked WTF is going on....6 weeks and nothing!
They told me they still had no idea when I was going to be connected, so I told them to forget it.
I had no option other than to phone Telefonica and get re-connected....cos I can't keep working like this indefinitely. Apparently I'll now be classed as a new customer so I get a free router and the first month free.....and they promised me a connection in a week.
So....let's see what happens next!

I'm not a fan of Telefónica but a thumbs up to them this week. I've been struggling without a phone line for a week and the técnico came yesterday, on a public holiday, to fix it. He came exactly when he said he would and had it sorted within about 15 minutes.

After 7 weeks of working out of my mate's office I'm now working back at home with ADSL re-connected!
Unfortunately it's with Telefonica, but at least my speeds are better than when they capped me!
So....I'm back....and I'm bad!

Does this mean you're going to be around to help us give Mitzy a hard time?

Do you reckon they delayed it on purpose to get you back on their books ?
