Default TAX for UK dividends?

My husband have some old paper shares in UK and it is a pain to sell them or buy more shares since he is not UK resident.

If we think about move some money and buy UK shares through Spanish share broker such as Sabadell bank, how the dividends will be taxed?

At the moment, UK dividends were paid into my husband's UK bank account and 10% were taken off.

For example, if we buy more GSK shares through Sabadell bank, how the dividends ( let us say 300 pounds after 10% tax) will be paid to our Spanish bank? We still got 300 pounds or Sabadell will take another 20%??

Does anybody have similar experience??
