I have recently sold a house in France in order to buy in Mallorca.
If I transfer the proceeds from the sale to my Spanish non resident account will I be taxed on it?

It depends on where you were tax resident at the time of the sale.

You can transfer the money to Spain to buy a house in Spain.
Apart from the taxes invoñved I buying property, there are no other taxes to pay if you are not tax resident in Spain.
