sunday opening

In the week I was in Leroy Merlin San Fernado, I am sure I saw a notice saying they were going to be open on Sundays. Was I right ?

They are open on this Sunday 1st July, then Sunday 12 October, Sunday 1st November and 4 Sundays in December but closed otherwise on a Sunday. They just have their permitted 8 Sunday openings a year like other big stores.

probably, the vidals in Daimus is opening on Sundays and also I know someone who works in Zara and the sales start this Sunday - so perhaps a lot of places will be open

They usually open on Sundays over the summer, but get hit by big fines if they go over their limit of openings.

Carrefour in Gandia have been known to open on a sunday, normally after a holiday during the week. Start of a slippery slope

I believe that it goes something like this: First Sunday of every month PLUS all Sundays in December and all Sundays in August

NO lol it means I dont have to go to the DIY place alone and bring back the wrong thing, The OH wont do jobs on a sunday wont upset the locals.

All the larger shops are now open every Sunday until about 15th Sept on the CDS

We do have a supermarket round here that is open EVERY Sunday in the year, not sure how they manage it, but it's very useful.
