A guy came to my house on Friday with the completed papers for the IBI subvencion. I get a 25% discount on IBI starting with the present payment and it is renewed automatically every year.
I'm still waiting for the water bill to see what I got there too.

It appears that my friends in Benalmadena may be entitled to the subvencion on the refuse charges etc. More as it unfolds....................
I was talking to someone that has been living here for 15 yrs, they own the property of their business, and they also own their flat (mortgage), they go to register every year for empadronamieto. Wierd !!!!
Certainly no-one will tell you what to do etc. but it is strange that no-one has told them not to do this every year. It must be the standing joke in the office.
