I run an internet business here in Spain. Most of my clients are in the UK and the States. However, as has been said above - I have to pay all my taxes and Social Security here in Spain. This isn't my choice - it is the law.

As for your child learning an extra language - they are at the perfect age. When I was four I spoke English, German and French simply because I was exposed to it. We have friends with children that learned English and Spanish but started coming home speaking Italian, Arabic and French too... simply by being exposed to it at school. Kids are capable of much more than we give them credit for. Its when we get older that we struggle. I speak Spanish now, but am far from fluent and Ive been in Spain for nine years now.

Thanks to those of you who clarified the spellings of the place names - I'll admit I was puzzled too!
