I FOUND THIS ARTICLE AND THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE OF INTREST TO ANYONE SILLY ENOUGH TO BE CONTEMPLATING EMPTYING THEIR POOL. ........i KNOW PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE THIS BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T WAIT FOR THE WATER TREATMENTS AND FILTER TO KICK IN AND CLEAR THEIR GREEN WATER

It is much more economical to maintain a pool all year round anyway!

My wife read a similar article recently, last year in Murcia was quite bad, with supplies being cut during certain times of the day. Always surprises me that the Segura running through Blanca is always full. I was speaking to a guy last summer who had filled his pool 5 times to irrigate his lemons etc, was bragging how cheap is water bill was as he was'nt metrered, looks like your always going to get people abusing supplies.
