If you really do mean like an A-Z map, then yes, they do exist, I had this one for Málaga.

As in the UK, I doubt you'll get one for "Spain" but you should get one for individual cities and maybe large towns as well.

I have an excellent book of town maps for the Valencia Province so maybe it would be possible to get one for the province that you are interested in.
