interesting this report doesn't mention the Spanish Islands as being liable to a threat so indicates that their biggest worry is from North Africa. Do they no longer see any other direction as a threat because of the EU "friendliness"?

however, it is reasonable for all countries to itemise the risks there are to their sovereignty and set up an emergency committee that would meet in times of tension.
