[QUOTE=The Guy;9330135]

wrong card for this box on ALL sky pay TV channels: the card has "gone to sleep", as it has been not getting a signal for about 4 weeks, so its "entitlements" have not updated. leave in a box for a few hours / days / weeks, and the channels will pop back in one by one.

Thanks for that - we have been away for 6 weeks and are getting that message on screen. I will tell my wife to stop panicking (she's a telly addict!)

Maybe do a search first. if there is not a posting which specifically answers your question then the few posters, who are experts on this subject, will respond to specifics/tech side.

FTA Five does not need a card...but in many areas this is not available 24/7 even on 2.4m dishes.

FTV Five needs a working sky card and can be receive in most areas of spain even on a 60cm dish...yet if that card does not get its entitlements, then it needs to wake up before you can see FTV Five.

Didnt know Five had a teletext service....but maybe they have scaled it back in recent months...like other broadcasters...
