Sky ,please replace card message has disappeared.!!!
Ive been waiting for my new white card now for months. The first one got lost so Sky took the change card message off for me as this was appearing every 30 seconds. The replacement still hasnt arrived and for the last 4 weeks Ive had the message pop up again but was told that they cannot reverse the message a second time. On xmas eve the message has now gone off (which is good) but im still left with the old blue card.
Anyone else still waiting for their white card and has had their message removed? It might be just an xmas thing and will start popping back up again when all the xmas programmes are over in a few days.
