Unhappy Sick Pay

I have injured myself playing sport and as a result of this i will be unable to work for 3 - 4 months. Does anyone know if you can claim sick pay is spain?

If so what do i need to do? (doctors note?)

How much will i get? (what is it based on, i'm worried as my job is comission based)

Thanks for you help. Lee

are you employed or self employed ? maybe you have some cover, check your work contract if you are employed

you can get sick pay if you are self employed, you will need a doc ltr/note, dont know how much it is and I think it is limited

If it is based on your contract you will probably find out it will be based on a very low sum, especially if it is commision.
