Ayamonte - Semana Santa
Does anyone know where I can find details of the various parades etc. taking place in Ayamonte during Easter week? I've looked on the Ayamonte website which is great but sadly there's not an English translation.
Many thanks.

This won't help for ayamonte but for most of the cities in Andalucia it's great.

Choose your city from the very top of the page, click on recorridos from the menu bar , then pick a day from the list. Then from the page that opens choose plano interactivo and scroll the time bar.
I love it. They look like those little fuzzy worms you could buy on an invisible string that you could use to make them wiggle around your fingers.
Edited to add - just noticed you can choose english as well from the top right.

Re: Ayamonte - Semana Santa
hi,
This website will have the dates/times posted as and when it is available.
http://www.ayamontecofrade.com/
There are still 60 days til Palm Sunday, so we'll wait. At the moment there is a competition for the best poster (cartel), if my translation is correct.
Michaelh usually posts in english the itinerary for Semana Santa on the above website (infoayamonte).
Likewise, if you are in Ayamonte, you can pick up for free at any of the kioskos (nearer the date) a small pamphlet (librete) of the itinerary.
