Default Sewerage Pumps

I'm currently wrestling with a problem and trying to decide what the best solution might be and I thought I would post here in case anyone has trodden the path before.

I am thinking of installing an outside loo and have the problem that this would be sited well below my existing street sewerage level (approx 5m). My house drains into the normal sewer, since it is a metre higher than street level, but the back garden slopes away and is well below street and house levels.

The options I seem to have are:

1. Don't build it.
2. Install a chemical toilet.
3. Install a septic tank.
4. Install a conventional loo and a sewerage pump to raise the waste to street level and discharge into the sewers as normal.

I'm currently favouring option 4, but I have yet to fully research the pros & cons of the solution - hence this starter for ten. Can anyone comment please?
