setting up a company in spain

Default setting up a company in spain

not sure which will be best i know in uk you can be sole trader , limited company etc

well im moving to spain in month or 2 just finishing of my current job here


but we started a gaming website few months ago and starting to make money and when in spain i wanna concentrate on my websites

but i what would you guys advise as best way to do that register a company in spain like a limited company
or just do a tax return each year on what ive made

if any one has any advice or links would be great thanks
