When I went back to the electrical shop to cancel the call out they were thrilled to bits that I no longer had a problem and not concerned at all about the hassle that this had caused. As I have said before, they are genuinely lovely people. Although they are a Tien 21 shop it is run by a family, two woman run the shop, one of their husbands is my brilliant electrician and brother to the other woman and her husband is the general labourer on electrical jobs deliveries and in the shop.

remember those days from the UK, now very rarely found - the god Mamon is in charge of most nowadays.
I had a problem at the property I rent out in the uk and the little local guy came out, fixed it and as it was only 5min job, on his way to take his kiddy out somewhere, didnt charge for an hour at Saturday time.
now why wouldnt I give him more work and recommend him to other people ??

I actually envy you; I wish I were living in the same dream. But in my case, I am forced to wake up every morning and deal with reality.
Dirty job, but I reckon somebody's gotta do it. I and millions of others would like to believe you'd appreciate what's been facilitated for you by some of us taking responsibility and facing reality, but I realise that's a lot to ask from those living in a deep trance.
Anyway, I can only wish someone would make it possible for me to live in a fantasy world like you, lucky dog! Ignorance is bliss...
