Second Homes
As an investment, rented out for holiday rentals, does anyone have a handle on the tax situation? Is is just taxed as income, and the property itself taken into consideration for wealth tax?

The property has to be registered with the local tourist authority and the tax situation depends on whether you are resident or non-resident.
