Hi, have at look at link below. They are based in Cabanas (so not too far away for you). I had a session with Sandra last year on a stand up paddle board and had a great time. They also do kite surfing over on Cabanas Island.
Enjoy!

I had no idea, after years of being here, that there was so much on the doorstep.

This is all for an adventurous mid-teen lad who is visiting with his Dad, close friends, and he will be spoilt for choice! Whilst the old fogeys have long lunches

I remember years ago seeing people fly by on powered parachutes a few yards above the Formosa and it seemed great .....and later somewhere I saw an ad for it too... but lost the ad.
We could still have that to put on the list as well, if anyone knows anything about it.
Thanks again

Not quite the same thing but if he's looking for a rush check out Tirolina transfronteriza españa - portugal
It's a zip line across the Guadiana... watch the videos, looks great fun but I don't think you would have time for the long lunch that you were looking for.

ri seem to remember someone posted this is seasonal so best to check when it opens this year if it is. It's a long way to be disappointed but Alcutim is always worth a visit anyway and the two man ferry runs all year.
