N26 isn't available to UK resident. You must give Spanish residential address, and your debit card will only be sent there.

Yes I have a property in Spain and reading application for a N26 account it appears that this is enough . But I do not know if this is correct

I changed from Sabadell to N26 very easily. I didn’t need a physical bank card, so I just opted for a virtual one, which comes free with the free bank account. I got our administrators “ADA” to transfer our direct debits over as they have contacts with all the utility companies and the council etc. I did try the N26 DD transfer tool but that was a waste of time as it didn’t recognise the details of where the payments were going.
