Hello.
I have a small apartment in Valencia, and have a couple of small leaks in my roof. Its on the top of a 3 story block in the Old part of Valencia City.
It is a traditional Spanish Roof Terracotta style.
Please can anyone recommend someone local-ish who might be able to re-seal it?
Thanking you in advance.

Hi, I don't know anyone in your area but, unfortunately, with this type of roof it will need stripping, sealing and then relaying.
I have the same problem on my garage and outside workshop. The only solution is to do as I suggested above.
Last night we had over 12 inches of rain (capazo is now full and overflowing) and it's still raining.
Schools, institutes are all closed and they are evacuating many houses - hope it stops soon.

Just a thought but the roof may be a joint responsibility with the other owners. Do you have a management co. who maintain the block?
