restaurants in javea port
Can someone tell me if the ban on tables next to the sea along Av Marina Espanola is still in place or has a compromise been reached between the owners and the town hall.

Are the beachbars between the port and the Parador unaffected by the clamp down and are they still there as well?

the restaurants which had their tables next to the sea wall in the port have always had them there illegally - without licence - but the ayuntamiento has always just fined them & everyone was happy
the recent elections pretty much resulted in a 'hung' council, so what happens next is anyones' guess
