You're a star, thank you for that. My searches kept drawing blanks.

Assuming you do make it to UK you will of course need UK insurance for it.

yeah, whatever mate. As previously mentioned I'm only interested in where to get the plates. Some people on here honestly, thank you to the rest of you!

Sorry, but forum rules state that no-one can suggest anything that may be illegal, and you have been told that legally you need a UK address for the plates to be sent to. and, if you are Spain resident then you will not be able to bring it back to Spain and drive it on GB plates.

You may not like the fact that members point out the legalities to you but quite often it proves to be useful to the person asking a question as they may not have thought of that particular aspect of their plan. Read back through the replies instead of getting on your high horse. Shouting the odds will not make any difference. When you ask a question on here people respond in a helpful way and may point out any difficulties, it is called a discussion forum so that is what they should be doing and they should not be castigated for this.
One member has mentioned the fact that you will be driving a UK registered car illegally if you have exchanged your driving license to a Spanish one.
Calm down.

Surely any potential law breaking is the business of everyone, not least to warn the potential miscreant that that their intended actions are illegal.

I guess the best response to shacho and other ill mannered posters is to ignore their requests for help or advice in future.
It would be helpful if admin could add an "ignore this user" option to this forum.
